      *a photo of barcode on the plastic bag

    3. Get coupon or refund
      *Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will faciliate for us to track your return status and process your return. 
    4. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

     

    Return & Exchange conditions

    1. Orders are able to  be canceled and refunded before being shipped.
    2. Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
    3. Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, for quality or size problems or others accepted by our customer service.
    4. Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged.
    5. As to biknis, we only accept those returned with whole set of both top and buttom, not only one single top or buttom.
    6. Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    7. If customer service offer a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.

For any questions regarding products such as quality, size or color problems, remember to take a photo of the barcode on the plastic bag (to optimize future production), and also a photo of the product about where goes wrong, these can greatly accelerate the return and processing time of our customer service.
