Return & Exchange conditions
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping from warehouse.
- Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
- Items can be returned or exchanged generally for quality problems or other problems accepted by our customer service.
- Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged.
- Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged, contact customer service for customized solutions.
- If customer service offer a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
Return & Refund instructions
- You can submit an email request to our customer service. Please remember to put in your order number so we can better track your order. Attaching product photos and indicating issues in customer note will facilitate our verification and accelerate your refund.
- Beside full refund and returning all items, we offer compensation coupon more than your returned value without returning the items and partial refund without returning the items, please submit email ticket to our service center to get your problems solved when having any query about return or exchange.

- Please do not return directly to the address on the package, contact our customer service to get a detailed guidance.
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
