Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make returns as easy as possible.
Free & Low-Cost Returns
As our community grows, we’re able to offer better return & exchange options for our customers.
Registered subscribers and in-app returns qualify for free returns on eligible items.
For other returns, we provide USPS return labels with fees as low as $5.
Return fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the return process before you confirm.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are:
Unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with original tags and hygiene liners attached.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, pasties, gift cards, and items marked as Flash Sale or Final Sale.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, the item is defective, or it does not match the product description.
Mix and match items are not eligible for exchange.
